The Colli del Soligo Winery

The Colli del Soligo Winery was founded in 1957 by a group of winemakers sharing the same passion for Prosecco and their territory. The Cellar is located along the “White Wine Route” between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.

The types of wine

This winery has developed in a few years and the founding members were joined by others, up to the current around 620. 85% of the grapes are from the glera variety (Prosecco). The remaining part consists of pinot grigio, chardonnay, merlot, cabernet, raboso and pinot nero.

Red wines are produced in the Montello area, where there is a grape harvesting center and, after aging in barrels, they are bottled and marketed. All Soligo brand wines offer a very specific personal identity, especially Prosecco sparkling wines, followed by some white and red wines that embellish the entire line of packaged products.

The territory

The Soligo winery is located in the middle of the magnificent hillside amphitheater crossed by the Prosecco Road. This connects Conegliano, where the oldest Italian wine school is located, in Valdobbiadene.

From these two famous centers originates the denomination of controlled and guaranteed origin of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore. Thanks to it the leading products of the Soligo Spumanti brand are united.

The cellar and its production

Alongside a modern bottling line that ensures an average annual production of about 8 million bottles, Cantina Colli del Soligo boasts the on-site presence of a high-tech oenological laboratory coordinated by the General Manager Andrea Curtolo, to guarantee the achievement and maintenance of the high quality standards of musts, wines and Prosecco sparkling wines. 60% of the total production of the Cellar is destined for export to foreign markets, the remaining percentage is marketed in Italy through a widespread network of agents covering the entire country. The spaces of the Colli del Soligo Winery can be visited throughout the year by individuals or organized groups, upon reservation.

The products of this winery have been recognized by numerous awards. Take the chance to try them as soon as possible!

Good day!
