THE WINE
The Falanghina of the Masseria Altamura winery is produced with from 100% Falanghina grapes: This is a wine that stands out for its freshness, that can be easily drunk every day for all occasions.
THE WINEMAKING
After manual harvesting, the selected grapes are brought to the cellar for winemaking. The fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature that varies between 18 and 25 degrees. The wine then ages for a few months in steel and after bottling it rests for a few more months in the cellar before being placed on the market.
THE TASTING
Bright straw yellow with light greenish highlights. Aromatic with pleasant fruity notes of peach and apricot that alternate with floral hints. Fresh and light on the palate; it is a harmonious wine.
FOOD PAIRINGS
It goes well with fish, shellfish and soft cheeses.
