The Product

The mandarin elixir is obtained from the simultaneous pressing of whole fresh olives and mandarins. The mandarins are strictly from organic farming and grown on the fields of the De Carlo farm.

This is a unique product of its kind, ideal on summer salads, fresh and smoked salmon, but also on steamed vegetables and white meats.

Excellent when used for the preparation of cakes, desserts and donuts.
