The Colomba (traditional Italian cake, usually eaten at Easter) Peaches, Dark Chocolate and Pistachios is a handmade cake with a very soft dough with candied peach and 70% extra dark chocolate drops.

The delicacy and aroma of the peach, the intense taste of the dark chocolate drops, and finally a glaze of sugary sweets and pistachios.
