The Nation project is an idea of the winemaker Fabio Rossi, who loves to select different Caribbean Rum barrels and then personally takes care of both the refinement and the bottling.
As for the aftertaste, the Panama 10 y.o. is clean and soft, with a sweetness that does not tire.To be tasted with 66% dark chocolate from Ecuador, perfect to accompany fresh and light rums. We suggest the 74% Extra Dark Chocolate.
