THE PRODUCT

The Enmore 25YO Sherry Finish 1997/2022 is a very high quality rum. Distilled in a legendary 250-year-old double wooden still, It is an extremely aromatic rum that matures over a long period; a muscular and full-bodied rum..

The aroma shows notes of overripe tropical fruit, with banana, avocado and papaya prevailing, leaving room for a curious scent of carpenter’s glue; the aromas continue with hints of bergamot, pepper and cinnamon, closing with puffs of ancient wood. We can find the same fruity and spicy notes on the palate; the Enmore 25YO Sherry Finish is sweet, succulent, dense, and overwhelming but creamy.

Distilled in 1997, bottled in 2022, it is originally from British Guiana. Very elegant in the precious box.

Taste it with dark chioccolate. We suggest  the 74% Extra Dark Chocolate.
