THE PRODUCT
The Ruby Chocolate or pink chocolate bar from the Valentinis chocolate shop is produced with cocoa beans grown exclusively in Ecuador, Brazil and the Ivory Coast. The colour does not derive from added colourants or preservatives but from pigments in cocoa beans. Ruby beans are reddish and have a fruity flavour, although they do not contain fruit or additives.
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin. Natural vanilla extract.
It may contain traces of nuts and cereals containing gluten.
For storage: The chocolate must be stored in a cool, dry, odor-free place at a temperature between 14 ° and 16 ° C.
THE COMPANY
We decided to focus on Friuli and we met Fabio and Patrizia or the Valentinis chocolate shop.
Fabio is the chocolatier and takes care of selecting, designing and processing the chocolate. Fabio has a diploma in accounting but has always been fascinated by food and wine. With great passion and dedication he created a course of study that allowed him to work with great masters of chocolate. Patrizia, on the other hand, has a degree in philosophy and after being a manager of shops and supermarkets, decided to support Fabio in this new adventure. Patrizia takes care of the reception and management of the chocolate shop.
