The Wine
The vintage Prosecco Superiore extra dry of the winery La Marca is a refined sparkling wine produced with 100% Glera grapes grown on the hills of the DOCG denomination.
THE WINEMAKING
The harvest is strictly manual and only the selected grapes are brought to the cellar for winemaking. After a gentle pressing, the wine ferments on selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C. The second fermentation is carried out with the Charmat method at low temperatures.
THE TASTING
Straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage with a creamy froth. The aroma is delicate with notes of apple and pear that leave room for pleasant floral scents of wisteria and acacia. Enveloping and juicy on the palate with a perfect balance between flavor, acidity and softness. Very fresh.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Perfect with white fish carpaccio but also with shellfish. Try it with delicate risotto with fish or seasonal vegetables and fresh pasta lasagna.
