THE WINE
The brut sparkling wine of the Lunae Bosoni winery is a bland of Albarola, Greco and Malvasia wines whose grapes are grown between the Ligurian Riviera di Levante and Tuscany, in a fantastic and well-known area for the wine called Colli di Luni.
THE WINEMAKING
The harvest is strictly manual; once in the cellar the three varieties are wine made separately; the soft pressing is followed by fermentation in stainless steel. The three wines are then assembled for refermentation in autoclave with the Charmant method. Refermentation, which lasts three months.
THE TASTING
Straw yellow with brilliant reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is delicate, with pleasant notes of white flowers that alternate with fruity scents. Very fresh on the palate, fragrant and creamy. The selected grape varieties are perfectly complementary and give this sparkling wine a unique personality of its kind.
