The Product
This vinegar, more than vinegar, is a condiment based on white grapes and white wine vinegar, to which a passion of the Acetomodena company, namely the French “moutarde,” has been added. We’re talking natural mustard seeds floating in a sublime condiment that reflects the colours of van Gogh’s sunflowers.
THE TASTING
The mustard-based condiment has a persuasive personality that lights up the palate without burning it. This vinegar is full of character and manages to convince even the most sceptical palates.

The Company
The Acetomodena company is a family business passed down from generation to generation. The current owner of the vinegar factory, Paolo Vecchi, has given an innovative twist to the business. Paolo is very present in all production phases of his vinegar and can often be found in the vinegar factory checking the quality of his products.
Since he was a child, Paolo loved scents such as woods, rooms, fields and rows. These essences took root in him and transformed into the beautiful selection of vinegar and balsamic in Acetomodena products.
The company’s vinegar factory is something unique that is worth a visit. From afar, the vinegar factory looks like a white vessel containing lots of barrels of various sizes, which preserve and refine the company’s beautiful vinegar.
