DESCRIPTION

Tasting kit: each wine has its characteristics and nuances. Even wines made from the same grapes differ on the palate because many factors influence wine. Climatic factors include the vineyard’s location, the climate, the amount of rain fallen or drought and so on. Then, each winery works differently, with different winemaking times, ageing times, etc.

This is why we thought of creating tasting packages that allow you to discover these differences and, why not, will help you understand which is your favourite wine.

It can also be a fun-tasting night to do with friends.

This volume 1 of the white wine blends is dedicated to the region Friuli Venezia Giulia. We have chosen to offer you three wineries full of passion and quality.

THE WINE

Bianco Isonzo de Friuli – SANFILIP – 2017 – Colmello di Grotta

Straw yellow. The aroma is fine with pleasant floral and fruity hints when young, and more spicy after two years. Dry and harmonious on the palate. complex also thanks to the three different grape varieties used in the production. Persistent. additional info here

Time Machine DOC – 2019 – Le Due Torri

Straw yellow, the aroma is pleasantly fruity with hints of ripe peach that alternate with notes of apricot to leave room for acacia flowers and hawthorn traces. Fresh on the palate with a good body and a nice savoury note. The correspondence between aromas and flavour is also good. Persistent. additional info here

Fiori Di Campo DOC – 2021 – Lis Neris

Brilliant straw yellow. Delicate notes of wildflowers from which the wine takes its name are immediately perceived on the nose, alternating with citrus scents, with hints of white-fleshed fruit such as peach, to close with puffs of medicinal herbs and almonds. Round and harmonious on the palate, well balanced by a pleasant savoury note. Fresh and persistent.  additional info here
