THE WINEMAKING
The grapes are hand-harvested. Once in the cellar, they are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is refined in steel for at least six months on the lees. After blending and bottling, it rests for a couple of months in the cellar before being released to the market.

The wine displays a straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. On the nose, it offers pleasant fruity notes of apple, complemented by hints of banana; on the palate, this Chardonnay is juicy and refreshing, presenting a harmonious and elegant profile with excellent structure and a long, persistent finish.
