THE WINEMAKING
Following a strict manual harvest, the selected grapes go to the cellar for winemaking, starting with a gentle press. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperatures. After racking, the wine ages on the lees in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then blended and bottled in the spring following the harvest. Bottles rest for a few additional months in the cellar before being released to the market.

The wine features an intense golden-yellow colour. Its nose is elegant, offering pleasant fruity hints of apple and medlar, which intertwine with aromatic spice notes like thyme, as well as subtle hints of yellow flowers.
