The Night of Wineries 2018

Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 17 to 24, the doors of more than thirty wineries will be open to the public for The Night of Wineries. Event organized by the South Tyrolean Wine Route.

The event

It will be an important opportunity to discover the various wines, particularly appreciated, coming from South Tyrol. Unique because it allows you to know the different types of cellars, taste fine wines, as well as talk with the best winemakers and winemakers. A rich frame program transforms the Night of the Cellars into a unique and unforgettable experience.

For the first time, 10 years after the event, the event focuses on the Appiano and Bolzano areas. Next year the event along the Wine Route will move to the countries further south.

Visitors this year will have the opportunity to visit more than thirty wineries thanks to the tour that will make this interesting and entertaining night. They will be able to know the various aspects thanks to exclusive night-time guided tours. This year’s event focuses on the eleven wine locations: Caldaro, Termeno, Cortaccia, Magrè, Cortina, Salorno, Egna, Montagna, Ora, Vadena and Branzolo.

In addition to wine, obviously other local specialties will also be given space. Through food and crafts, you can relive the ancient traditions of the South Tyrol area. Visitors will be able to taste various culinary offerings of great value and goodness. Combined with the wines of the visited winery you can taste various gastronomic, South Tyrolean and Italian tastings.

Tickets are sold in the participating wineries for 5 euros. The dishes and tastings can be purchased separately. The transfer is entrusted to a shuttle service that brings together the cellars of the South Tyrolean Wine Route.
