The Sicilian almond pesto from the Vincente pastry shop is a delicious salty pesto with an unmistakable taste. Prepared only with almonds from Sicily, extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper, it is a refined product.
Ideal for seasoning a pasta dish with the flavor and scent of Sicily but it must be tasted also with cheeses, from mozzarella to parmesan. Perfect for a greedy appetizer or an unusual aperitif.
