The Supremo balsamic vinegar from the Acetomodena company is perfect for the most demanding palates. This condiment has everything you need to amaze. It is produced with cooked and acetified must of Lambrusco and Trebbiano grapes and ages in barrels to enhance its fruity flavour.
THE TASTING
At first glance, it appears straightforward and spontaneous, like any good self-respecting Emilian! Digging deeper, however, you can perceive the more elegant part that satisfies the most refined palates. A few drops are enough to be conquered.

The Company
The Acetomodena company is a family business passed down from generation to generation. The current owner of the vinegar factory, Paolo Vecchi, has given an innovative twist to the business. Paolo is very present in all production phases of his vinegar and can often be found in the vinegar factory checking the quality of his products.
Since he was a child, Paolo loved scents such as woods, rooms, fields and rows. These essences took root in him and transformed into the beautiful selection of vinegar and balsamic in Acetomodena products.
The company’s vinegar factory is something unique that is worth a visit. From afar, the vinegar factory looks like a white vessel containing lots of barrels of various sizes, which preserve and refine the company’s beautiful vinegar.
