THE WINE
Banc de Sers Brut Nature from the Casata Monfort winery is a cuvée of Valderbara, Vernaza, and Nosiola grapes grown in the vineyards owned by the winery located in the hilly area of Serso and Viarago at an altitude that varies between 550 and 700 meters above sea level of the sea. This is a creamy quality sparkling wine with a fresh and enveloping bouquet, perfect for all occasions.
THE WINEMAKING
After manual harvesting, winemaking occurs in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18°C. In the spring following the harvest, the wine is then bottled, with the yeasts where it rests for 12 months for secondary fermentation. After the disgorgement, the wine rests for a few more months, in the cellar before being placed on the market.
THE TASTING
Straw yellow with greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is fresh with pleasant hints of white flowers that intertwine with notes of green apple and puffs of hay. Pleasantly fresh on the palate with an excellent savory note and a long and persistent finish. A sparkling wine with a fresh and enveloping bouquet obtained thanks to the acidity and delicate aroma of the grapes.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Perfect as an aperitif, it can be used throughout the meal if the menu is fish-based. Try it with fish soup.
