The Barbaresco Sorì San Lorenzo 2005 is another masterpiece of the Gaja winery. It is a pure Nebbiolo whose grapes are grown in the Sorì San Lorenzo cru from which it takes its name. THE WINEMAKING

The grapes are carefully selected during the strictly manual harvest. The peculiarity of this wine is the double refinement. In fact, after fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in French oak barriques and a further 12 months in large barrels of precious wood. Once bottled, it rests in the cellar for a few more months before being placed on the market.

Intense and brilliant garnet red. The aroma is a continuous discovery. You can perceive the red fruit, the spices that alternate with the aromatic herbs, the leather, and the vanilla… in short, the longer it stays in the glass, the more you can enjoy the delightful nuances of perfumes.
