The Winemaking
After hand harvesting, winemaking begins with a careful selection of the bunches. Initiating alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. This stage is crucial for preserving the fruity aromas typical of the Barbera variety. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a maturation period that varies depending on the vintage, generally in stainless steel and cement tanks. Finally, the wine is blended, bottled, and left to rest for a few months before being marketed.
