THE WINE
The Bellavista Satin is the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta in the collection. It is produced only in the best years with 100% chardonnay grapes grown in the high hill vineyards.
THE WINEMAKING
After the manual harvest, the selection of the bunches is meticulous to say the least as is the slow maturation in small white oak barrels. The aging in the cellar does not last less than 48 months starting from the harvest, 36 of which on yeasts.
THE TASTING
Straw yellow with light golden reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is intense and complex, with hints of peach and honey flowers that intertwine with hazelnut notes. Fresh and inviting on the palate, soft and subtle in its elegant refinement, with citrus and fragrant notes.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Perfect with fish, even raw. Must try with fish soup.
