The Brachetto d’Aqui is a sparkling sweet wine produced with 100% Brachetto grapes. The Rinaldi winery is located in Ricaldone, on the hills of the upper Monferrato, near the city of Aqui Terme. It is one of the most suitable areas of southern Piedmont for the production of fine wines known throughout the world.
The Rinaldi winery is a family-run company was founded in 1961 and owns over 20 hectares of land. The vineyards are located in a suggestive landscape, with climatic characteristics and calcareous-clayey soil that favor the production of different qualities of grapes.

THE WINEMAKING
The grapes are harvested manually and only the selected ones are brought to the cellar for winemaking. The must ages in steel tanks at 0 ° C after a maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature, which lasts about 2 days. The alcoholic fermentation followed by filtration and is blocked at 6 ° C.
