THE WINE

THE WINEMAKING
After the harvest, only the selected grapes are taken to the cellar for winemaking.Fermentation takes place in concrete tanks. The aging lasts about 12 months and for half of the wine takes place in used American oak barrels. After assembly and bottling, the wine rests for a few months in the cellar before being placed on the market.
THE TASTING
Intense ruby red.The aroma is elegant with fruity hints of blackberry, plum and cassis that leave room for pleasant notes of tobacco, black pepper and cinnamon.Round and full-bodied on the palate, with well-structured tannins.
