THE WINEMAKING

The grapes are hand-harvested. Once in the cellar, they are gently pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wine is refined in steel for at least five months on the lees. After blending and bottling, it rests for a couple of months in the cellar before being released to the market.
