THE CHEESE
This Blue Buffalo Cheese is produced in Lombardy. It is a raw buffalo milk blue cheese. Square-shaped, with a striped crust rich in yellow-red streaks, with a noble green / blue mold. It it produced with the intention of enhancing the precious buffalo milk, with its nutritional but also organoleptic characteristics.
The aroma is vegetal and spicy while on the palate it is sweet, slightly hot with a pleasant taste of undergrowth, mushrooms and vanilla
Perfect with Moscato wine but also with dark chocolate
