THE CHEESE

The DeVin cheese is aged in Lagrein wine and pomace. This refinement gives the cheese a particular brown color to which are added characteristic aromas of wine.

With an elastic structure, the aromas are of fermented fruit and toasted bread.

Food pairing

Perfect as an aperitif with Lagrein wine but also with classic sparkling wines.
