THE CHEESE
The Lord Cheese, of German origin, is a hard raw cow’s milk cheese. Refine in whiskey barrels, from which it absorbs all the scents of the whiskey and the barrels wood.
The aroma is fruity, vegetable and toasted while on the palate it is robust and savory with flavors of exotic fruit, malt and peat.
Perfect with whiskey and aged spirits, but also with pistachios.
