THE CHEESE

The Termensis cheese is very special because it is delicately massaged with Gewürztraminer wine and sprinkled with some rose petals that recall the characteristic aromas of the wine itself.

The name comes from the area of Termeno which is located in Alto Adige and well known for  the production of wine.  The wine used to  age this cheese is produced in this area.

The structure is soft and creamy.

Food pairing

Perfect with. Gewürztraminer but also with sparkling wines.
