THE CHEESE
The Wirzi cheese, of German origin, is a soft and elastic raw cow’s milk cheese. Refine in whiskey barrels, wrapped in beer and bread rye called “Schüttelbrot”. This type of refinement harmonizes the flavor of the cheese making it balanced, intense and pleasantly spicy.
The aroma is vegetable, spicy and toasted while the palate is intense and pleasantly savory with flavors of cumin, yeast and bread crust.
Perfect with beer, we suggest to tray it with aromatic and intense white wines
