THE PRODUCT
The chocolate ingot with biscuits and walnuts from Relanghe is a reinterpretation of the traditional chocolate salami. It is a perfect dessert for any occasion, even on Christmas tables, when you want to indulge in a moment of pleasure.
In Relanghe, they work the Piedmont Hazelnut I.G.P. in an artisanal way, carefully and slowly, respecting the rhythms of the plant. For this reason, they do not solicit the hazelnut groves in any way but wait until the fruit is ripe enough to detach independently before harvesting it.
Ingredients:
- Chocolate: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soy lecithin.
- Hazelnut biscuit: Piedmont hazelnut PGI, cane sugar, anhydrous cow’s butter, potato starch, sorbic acid, cream of tartar.
It may contain nuts and milk derivatives. Gluten-free.
Store in a cool, dry place.
