Production process

Harris Gin is produced through a copper pot still distillation, a traditional method that allows us to obtain a high-quality product. The water used to lower the strength of the gin comes from the Abhainn Cnoc spring, ensuring unique purity and freshness; the production process, combined with the selected ingredients, gives the gin a complex and fascinating aromatic profile.
