The Product
The honey grappa of the Premiata Distilleria Pagura is produced with a mix of white and red pomace, of local winemakers. It is a young grappa with addition of acacia honey.
It has the characteristic of having a strong taste of acacia honey. We suggest you taste it very cold and in summer, add a slice of orange! Add it to your tea and chamomile infusions.
The Distillery
We are in Castions di Zoppola not far from Pordenone (Friuli Venezia Giulia): where the Premiata Distilleria Pagura has its headquarters. It is a wonderful family-run business that for 5 generations has been carrying on the tradition of grappa production.
