The Product
The herbal liqueur Trieste is a liqueur with a strong and decisive taste; produced with a skilful mix of ingredients including hops, gentian, dandelions, eucalyptus, but also orange peel, absinthe and cinnamon; all products in large quantities, expertly mixed together with some little secrets.
The Distillery
Piolo & Max are two young artisans from Trieste who in 2003 embarked on the adventure of producing liqueurs. For them there are no magic formulas but a great passion and a deep attention to the quality of raw materials, all strictly natural and, when possible, produced by organic agriculture.
