Il Fruttato, gin from the 359 Gin distillery
Il Fruttato by the 359 Gin distillery, is crafted from a blend of red berries and juniper berries. It is the first Italian gin to utilize these botanicals, making it particularly appealing to the female palate.
This gin is a distilled compound; the botanicals are distilled separately using a base of soft wheat alcohol in a discontinuous still. The individual distillates are then combined in a precise balance.
The bottle features the face of Elena, the girl who inspired the brigand Caino to change his recipe for love.
The Tasting
Il Fruttato offers a sweet and intense aroma, thanks to the berries. On the palate, it is fresh, with a pleasant juniper taste intertwined with the tart notes of blackberries and blueberries, complemented by hints of wild strawberries.
How to Drink It
Excellent on its own, it is great with an excellent tonic; It is the perfect gin for those looking for new flavours, especially for true connoisseurs.

A little out of fun and a little for experimentation, the two friends started the new business.
Paolo and Pier are committed to merging tradition with innovation, and 359 Gin embodies the combination of local botanicals with distillation using a discontinuous still… keep reading
