L’Aromatico, gin from the 359 Gin distillery
L’Aromatico, by the 359 Gin distillery, is a harmonious blend of juniper, sage, and lemon. This gin offers a straightforward yet well-balanced flavour, perfect for sharing with friends or enjoying yourself.
This gin is a distilled compound; the botanicals are distilled separately using a base of soft wheat alcohol in a discontinuous still. The individual distillates are then combined in a precise balance.
The bottle features the face of Helen, who ends her passionate relationship with the bandit Cain by thorns.
The Tasting
On the nose, L’Aromatico is intense, with the citrus notes of lemon emerging immediately. The palate is fresh and aromatic, showcasing a delightful juniper flavour that intertwines with the subtle hint of sage.
How to Drink It
L’Aromatico is excellent when served neat, garnished with a lemon wedge and a sage leaf; it is great with an excellent tonic. This gin is for connoisseurs.

A little out of fun and a little for experimentation, the two friends started the new business.
Paolo and Pier are committed to merging tradition with innovation, and 359 Gin embodies the combination of local botanicals with distillation using a discontinuous still… keep reading
