The wine Inzolia Molino a Vento from Tenute Orestiadi winery
The Inzolia of the Tenute Orestiadi winery is produced with 100% Inzolia grapes that grow in the vineyards owned by the winery, on dark soils, of alluvial origin rich in clay and sand.
THE WINEMAKING
The harvest is strictly manual and only the selected grapes are brought to the cellar for winemaking which takes place in steel. The wine ages for about 3 months in steel and after assembly and bottling, for few more months in the cellar.
Tasting the wine from Tenute Orestiadi
Straw yellow. The aroma is intense with pleasant fruity hints of green apple followed by elegant floral notes on which acacia prevails. Fresh and sapid on the palate; definitely a well structured wine with a long and persistent finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS
It goes well with fish, soft cheeses and vegetables. Must try with grilled swordfish.
