Patrick Sullivan’s Jumpin ‘Juice Half Full is a very particular blend of Pinot Bianco, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. Yes, a mix of white and red grapes that Patrick grows biodynamically on his estate in Gippsland in Australia
The grapes are manually harvested and once in the cellar they are de-stemmed and softly pressed. After a short period of maceration, the must naturally ferments in stainless steel and clay. After a period of aging in steel, the wine is bottled without being filtered.
A red or rosé wine? For sure it’s a juicy and fresh wine, with crunchy notes of red and white fruit. On the palate you have the sensation of eating cherries just picked from the tree. A fresh and juicy wine.
