The Product

The Pelinkovac – PiolinkoMax liqueur has been produced for the first time in December 2018, after a long gestation; this is a new and very original version of the traditional liqueur Pelinkovac of Balkan origin.

Il is produced with three different qualities of Assenzio, Santonego or Assenzio Marittimo which are infused together, to which are then added orange zest and the special paw of Piolo and Max!

The outcome  is a light liquor (about 21 °) with sweet and spicy notes.

The Distillery

Piolo & Max are two young artisans  from Trieste who in 2003 embarked on the adventure of producing liqueurs. For them there are no magic formulas but a great passion and a deep attention to the quality of raw materials, all strictly natural and, when possible, produced by organic agriculture.
