The Peruano 8 years is an easy and sweet rum but it does not fail to satisfy with a robust body and to tease the palate with a touch of spice.

The Nation project is an idea of the winemaker Fabio Rossi, who loves to select different Caribbean Rum barrels and then personally takes care of both the refinement and the bottling.

Intense amber with orange reflections. The aroma is almost buttery, very sweet and with hints of fresh sugar cane juice. There are also notes of toffee and milk chocolate. Rich, intense and never pungent to the palate. Full-bodied and enveloping. In addition to the aromas already found you can taste sultana grapes, figs and dates. All this sweetness is accompanied by a hint of spices: cinnamon, pepper, and also by the pleasant tannins from the oak barrels.

As for the aftertaste, the Peruano 8 years becomes more peppery and tannic, still remaining velvety, syrupy and extremely sweet.

To be tasted with rich and vanilla milk chocolate, which is a perfect match with the rum sweet and intense notes.
