The Cabernet Sauvignon  wine from Valpanera Winery comes from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, grown in the clay-rich vineyards of Scodovacca and Villa Vicentina.

This wine is intense and enveloping, with pleasant fruity notes and a great taste. It is perfect for dinner parties with friends.

THE WINEMAKING

The grape harvest occurs manually during the first half of September. The must then ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature; the wine ages in steel for a period that varies depending on the vintage. After blending and bottling, the wine rests in the cellar for a few months before being released to the market.

Deep red with purple highlights; the aroma offers pleasant hints of cherry that intertwine with herbaceous notes, concluding with spicy nuances. It is lively, soft, and enveloping on the palate, showcasing a perfect balance between the aromas and flavours. The finish is long and pleasantly rounded.
