THE WINE
The white Sacrisassi from the Le Due Terre winery is a fascinating and refined wine capable of conquering the most demanding palates. THE WINEMAKING
The grapes, predominantly Friulano with a touch of Ribolla Gialla, are meticulously hand-harvested. In the cellar, fermentation occurs naturally, while the wine matures in oak barriques and tonneaux for a patient 22 months. After blending and bottling, it is given a few more months to rest before it is deemed ready for the market.
THE TASTING
It has an elegant straw-yellow tone enriched with golden nuances. The aroma is elegant, with an aromatic bouquet that opens with hints of apple alternating with cedar peel and white peach and closing with light mineral notes. It is intense and well-balanced on the palate, characterized by fresh and sparkling acidity, and has a long and pleasant tasty aftertaste.

Perfect with white meats, fish and shellfish. Try it with seafood risotto and roast chicken.
