THE WINE
The Maximum sparkling wine from the Ferrari winery is produced with Chardonnay grapes grown in the property’s vineyards, located in the most suitable areas for cultivating vines in the Trento DOC denomination. These are mountainous areas with above-sea levels that vary between 300 and 700 meters. Elegant and fresh, it is a fine sparkling wine of great freshness and fragrance.
THE WINEMAKING
The harvest of the grapes is strictly manual, and only the selected ones go to the cellar for winemaking. Once in the cellar, the winery proceeds with the classic white winemaking. Once the wine has reached the right level of refinement, the cuvée is created and bottled with the yeasts for the second fermentation. The wine then rests in the bottle for at least thirty months.
THE TASTING
Bright straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is pleasant with fruity notes of golden apple, which alternate with citrus scents to continue with floral hints and close with sensations of bread crust. Soft and creamy on the palate, pleasantly fresh and mineral with a long and persistent finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Excellent as an aperitif, it goes well with all fish-based dishes but also with soft cheeses.
