Tasting kit: each wine has its characteristics and nuances. Even wines made from the same grapes differ on the palate because many factors influence wine. Climatic factors include the vineyard’s location, the climate, the amount of rain fallen or drought and so on. Then, each winery works differently, with different winemaking times, ageing times, etc.

This is why we thought of creating tasting packages that allow you to discover these differences and, why not, will help you understand which is your favourite wine.

THE WINE

Champagne Brut – Blanc de Blancs – Maison Henriot

Golden yellow with crystalline reflections and a very fine, creamy and persistent perlage; the aroma is intense and elegant with pleasant floral notes that alternate with fruity hints such as peach and apricot, continuing with hints of lemon custard and finishing with puffs of honey. This Blanc de Blanc from the Henriot winery is fresh and well structured on the palate, creamy and pleasantly salty with a very long finish. additional info here

Champagne – Cuvée HÉRITAGE brut – Yannick Prevoteau

Golden yellow with a very fine, creamy and persistent perlage. The aroma is elegant; in addition to the classic hints of bread crust, pleasant citrus notes alternate with fruity hints of  white pulp fruit to close with light flower hints. Fresh and creamy on the palate, well structured with a perfect match between aromas and flavours. Very long persistence. additional info here

Champagne – Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs – Encry

Golden yellow with a very fine, creamy and persistent perlage; the aroma is intense. You can immediately perceive the minerality, which leaves room for pleasant citrus notes, among which the hints of lemon flowers and orange blossom stand out. Sweet biscuits and toasted bread aromas close. Fresh and pleasantly mineral on the palate with an excellent correspondence between aromas and flavour.
