DESCRIPTION

Tasting kit: each wine has its characteristics and nuances. Even wines made from the same grapes differ on the palate because many factors influence wine. Climatic factors include the vineyard’s location, the climate, the amount of rain fallen or drought and so on. Then, each winery works differently, with different winemaking times, ageing times, etc.

This is why we thought of creating tasting packages that allow you to discover these differences and, why not, will help you understand which is your favourite wine.

It can also be a fun-tasting night to do with friends.

In this kit, you can find a selection of Pinot Bianco, particularly that produced in Friuli Venezia Giulia. It is an elegant, harmonious and persistent wine. A wine that we love so much.

Pinot Bianco DOC – 2022 – Paolo Caccese

Straw yellow, the aroma is elegant with pleasant fruity notes of golden apple, which leave room for hints of wisteria to close with scents of crusty bread. Dry and soft on the palate, this Pinot Bianco by Paolo Caccese is beautifully balanced and velvety, with a perfect correspondence between aromas and flavour and an intense and persistent finish. additional info here

Pinot Bianco Vulpes DOC – 2020 – Azienda Del Poggio

Straw yellow; the aroma is elegant with pleasant, delicate floral scents that alternate with hints of white-fleshed fruit to close with citrus hints. Well structured on the palate, Pleasantly savoury, it invites you to keep drinking; good correspondence between aromas and flavours. Persistence is also good. additional info here

Pinot Bianco DOC – 2021 – Di Gaspero

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. The aroma is elegant, with pleasant floral scents that alternate with light undergrowth notes. Dry and slightly bitter on the palate, velvety and harmonious, well structured with good sapidity. Persistence is also good. additional info here
