DESCRIPTION

Tasting kit: each wine has its characteristics and nuances. Even wines made from the same grapes differ on the palate because many factors influence wine. Climatic factors include the vineyard’s location, the climate, the amount of rain fallen or drought and so on. Then, each winery works differently, with different winemaking times, ageing times, etc.

This is why we thought of creating tasting packages that allow you to discover these differences and, why not, will help you understand which is your favourite wine.

It can also be a fun-tasting night to do with friends.

This is the sparkling Ribolla Gialla kit, an indigenous Friulian wine in its version with bubbles.

THE WINE

Spumante Ribolla Gialla – Dosaggio zero millesimato – 2015 – Collavini

Intense and bright straw yellow with light greenish reflections, the perlage is very fine and persistent. The aroma is fresh with pleasant citrus notes that intertwine well with fragrant hints of yeast to close with fruity scents of peach. Very fresh on the palate, with great flavor and perfect structure. Excellent correspondence between  the aromas and taste with a very long finish. additional info here

Ribolla Gialla Spumantizzata Brut – Perté – 2022 – Castello di Spessa

Pale straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is pleasantly delicate, with floral notes of hawthorn that alternate with fruity hints of white peaches. Fresh and delicate on the palate with a long and pleasantly aromatic finish. additional info here

Spumante Ribolla Gialla Brut – Monviert

Straw yellow with light greenish reflections and a fine and persistent perlage. The aroma is fragrant with pleasant floral scents that alternate with fruity notes on a delicate background of yeasts. This Ribolla from the Monviert winery is fresh on the palate slightly aromatic, with a pleasant acid note and a long finish. additional info here
