DESCRIPTION

Tasting kit: each wine has its characteristics and nuances. Even wines made from the same grapes differ on the palate because many factors influence wine. Climatic factors include the vineyard’s location, the climate, the amount of rain fallen or drought and so on. Then, each winery works differently, with different winemaking times, ageing times, etc.

This is why we thought of creating tasting packages that allow you to discover these differences and, why not, will help you understand which is your favourite wine.

It can also be a fun-tasting night to do with friends.

This is the trentodoc. We are talking about approximately 800 hectares in Trentino, particularly suited to cultivating vines.

THE WINE

Inkino – TRENTODOC – brut nature – Mas dei Chini

Straw yellow with greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and creamy. The aroma is intense and fragrant, with notes of apple and peach alternating with hints of lightly toasted hazelnut. The freshness and the sapidity that can be perceived on the palate balance an important structure. The profile is completed by a citrusy and persistent aftertaste characterized by a pleasant savory note that cleans the palate. additional info here

Cuvée 28 – Trento DOC – Rotari

Straw yellow with a fine and persistent perlage; the aroma is intense with pleasant hints of ripe yellow fruit that alternate with notes of hazelnut that leave room for a touch of vanilla on the finish. Very well balanced on the palate, well structured with a pleasant acidity and a pleasing freshness. Long and mineral finish. additional info here

Spumante Perlé Bianco – Trento DOC – 2015 – Ferrari

Intense yellow with golden reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage; the aroma is delicate with pleasant floral notes that alternate with hints of candied citron and quince, which in turn leaves room for suggestions of sea breeze to close with puffs of spiced bread crust. Very soft on the palate; the balance between freshness and flavour is perfect. Persistence is also excellent. additional info here
