DESCRIPTION

Tasting kit: each wine has its characteristics and nuances. Even wines made from the same grapes differ on the palate because many factors influence wine. Climatic factors include the vineyard’s location, the climate, the amount of rain fallen or drought and so on. Then, each winery works differently, with different winemaking times, ageing times, etc.

This is why we thought of creating tasting packages that allow you to discover these differences and, why not, will help you understand which is your favourite wine.

It can also be a fun-tasting night to do with friends.

This is the Ribolla Gialla kit, an indigenous Friulian wine. We have chosen three:

• One is organic.
• One is from the Collio DOC.
• One is from the DOC Colli Orientali del Friuli.

THE WINE

Colli Orientali Friuli DOC – Ribolla Gialla – Bio – 2022 – Vigna Lenuzza

Straw yellow. The aroma is delicate with hints of yellow-fleshed fruit that mix with hints of acacia flowers. Very fresh on the palate dry and savory.  Also the persistence is excellent… additional info here

Ribolla Gialla – Collio DOC – 2022 – Korsic

Straw yellow with golden reflections. The aroma is delicate, with pleasant fruity hints of apple and medlar that intertwine with notes of aromatic spices such as thyme but also with yellow flowers. Dry and elegant on the palate. The freshness characteristic of Ribolla Gialle is powerful. A wine of great character with a good correspondence between aromas and flavours… additional info here

Ribolla Gialla DOC – 2022 – Le Due Torri

Intense gold with luminous reflections; on the palate, it is delicate with pleasant hints of white fruit that leave room for notes of kiwi and gooseberry to continue with hints of anise. Fresh and velvety on the palate with an excellent correspondence between aromas and flavour. Good persistence. A perfect wine in its simplicity… additional info here
