DESCRIPTION

Tasting kit: each wine has its characteristics and nuances. Even wines made from the same grapes differ on the palate because many factors influence wine. Climatic factors include the vineyard’s location, the climate, the amount of rain fallen or drought and so on. Then, each winery works differently, with different winemaking times, ageing times, etc.

This is why we thought of creating tasting packages that allow you to discover these differences and, why not, will help you understand which is your favourite wine.

It can also be a fun-tasting night to do with friends.

This is the white wines of Trentino kit. We have selected a Pinot Grigio, a Gewürztraminer and a Pinot Bianco.

THE WINE

Pinot Grigio – 2020 – Franz Haas

Intense straw yellow. This Pinot Grigio is aromatic with pleasant floral notes reminiscent of acacia flowers intertwined with hints of sage and hay, leaving room for suggestions of almonds and sandalwood. After having aged for a few months in the bottle, you can perceive puffs of linden blossom and honey. Delicate and elegant on the palate, it impresses with its freshness and its persistence. It is essential to know that this Pinot Grigio gives its best only after at least four months of ageing in the bottle. additional info here

Gewürztraminer – Auratus – 2021 – Ritterhof

Bright golden yellow; the aroma is intense with pleasant floral hints of roses and fruity ones of lychees that leave room for delicate spicy notes of cinnamon and carnation. On the palate it is full-bodied with a juicy and elegant structure. The correspondence between aromas and flavor is also good. Persistent. additional info here

Pinot Bianco – Alto Adige DOC – 2021 – Kettmeir

Straw yellow with light greenish reflections. The aroma is fresh with pleasant floral notes of wisteria that alternate well with fruity hints of green apple. Dry on the palate with good acidity, persistent and delicately mineral.  additional info here
