The Product

The Porto Vecchio Vermouth was created to pay homage to both the history of the Old Port of Trieste that for decades has been home to famous wineries that sent from Trieste flavoured wines all over the world; and the master winemakers who expertly prepared Vermouth  for years and transmitted their art and their passion to the whole world.

The Porto Vecchio Vermouth is produced only with Italian wines personally selected by Piolo & Max.

Piolo & Max are two young artisans  from Trieste who in 2003 embarked on the adventure of producing liqueurs. For them there are no magic formulas but a great passion and a deep attention to the quality of raw materials, all strictly natural and, when possible, produced by organic agriculture.
