THE WINE
The Collio Bianco Vigne of the Zuani winery is a blend of Friulano, Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Pinot Grigio grapes that grow on the Ponca of the Collio in Friuli Venezia Giulia; it is a soil rich in marl and stratified sandstone of Eocene origin.
THE WINEMAKING
The harvest is strictly manual and takes place separately for each variety. Once in the cellar, the grapes are cold macerated. The winemaking takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and subsequently, the aging also takes place in stainless steel tanks.
THE TASTING
Deep straw yellow. The aroma is complex with pleasant fruity notes that alternate with light mineral hints. Warm and well bodied on the palate with a perfect balance and correspondence between aromas and flavor. Persistent with a pleasant fruity aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRINGS
It goes well with fish and white meats but also with vegetables.
