The lemon elixir is the outcome of the simultaneous pressing of fresh and whole olives and lemons. The lemons are strictly from organic farming and grown on the fields of the De Carlo farm.

Perfect for salads and fish and meat dressings.

Also excellent when used for the preparation of sweets and biscuits.
